About Us: Ted and Judy Faro

Ted moved to Montana in 1951 and acquired land to begin ranching. He and Judy worked through the years to build up a strong working ranch and are enjoying their seven grandchildren. The ranch has changed from a cattle ranch to a horse ranch of Fjords. The horses are being raised and trained to western riding and harness work.

Stable Haven, located at 3840 Hwy 200, is an equestrian facility. It is an asset to our Fjord Horse business. It has an indoor riding arena that is insulated and has some heat. It is a 80' x 200' arena available for the public use. The outdoor arena is 90' x 200' and the boarding stables are available for over night and long term. The stables have individual waterers and is covered. The arenas are adjacent to the pasture and wooded property where you can trail ride through natural wildlife and cows. Our local Trainer, Maggie Epperson, trains out of the arena, gives lessons and takes clients on trail rides.
